I had my first swimming lesson last week.  Mommy had to take care of Fox so I eased into it with Patty. She's really nice and worked me up to things.  We started with safe ways to get into a pool and then got into the water.  It was cold for me but I got used to it and had fun most of the time.  Patty tried to teach me to kick my legs but I didn't feel like it.  I liked playing with the shark and whale toys.  One kept sinking to the bottom and I had Patty get it for me everytime till Mommy took it away.  Patty put a matt under the water so I could stand up.  It came right to my chin and almost to my mouth.  I didn't want to walk on it but Mommy got me to.  I swallowed some water and didn't want to do that again.  It was pretty fun overall I guess, we'll see next time.
