So it was so hot yesterday that we went on a hunt for water.  We went to the river on the quad but the river was too silty and not good for swimming.  So Daddy suggested we go to the pass.  Mommy got lunch and diapers and Daddy loaded up the trailer and we headed out.  We stopped at one place and there wasn't any water close to us.  It was bumpy and hot and Mommy complained alot to Daddy.  So we went back to the car to try again.  Me and Mommy took the quad on the highway and drove in front of Daddy.  We settled on Three Guardsman Lake.  Daddy took me down there after the Dogs who dove right in and swam, especially Shumani.  Mommy came next and we played in the water a bit. It was a great temperature for the heat and we had fun but Daddy did find a tiny dead fish and there was alot of slimy algae.  We didn't care and swam anyways.  I tried to walk out but slipped under and thats when I almost drowned.  Mommy didn't run to me right away because she thought I was trying something.  I laid still with my face down in the water,  I don't know why I didn't panic and try to lift my head or swim.  I guess it was shock so I stayed completely still till Mommy grabbed me,  Daddy was too far away and didn't have shoes.  I'm ok now but I didn't want to go in any more and Mommy felt scared and really bad for not running for me right away.  Daddy got mad at her.  I know she loves me very much and was scared too.  It was a crazy day.
